Try before you buy

SDSHotel can be tried for free for 30 days, with all features and no payment details. Please use the trial to check that the software suits you before buying it.

No right of withdrawal

The software is sold only to businesses and professionals, to whom the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply.

When we refund

• Payment not yet used: if you made the bank transfer but the licence has not been activated yet, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
• Software that does not work: if within 30 days of activation the software does not work because of a defect on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time from your report, we refund the licence.
• Double or wrong payments: they are always returned.

When we do not refund

• a licence already activated, if the software works as described;
• the annual fee already paid for the current year, even if you stop using the software before the end of the year.

How to request a refund

Write to [EMAIL DI CONTATTO] with your company name and the reason. We reply within 7 working days; the refund is made by bank transfer to the same account the payment came from, within 14 days of acceptance, with a credit note.
