End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Licence
Thomas Fait (the "Provider") grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use SDSHotel (the "Software") online, for the internal needs of its business, under the terms of sale in force.
2. Users
The Customer may create accounts for its employees and contractors. Each account is personal: credentials must not be shared. The Customer is responsible for how its users use the Software.
3. What is not allowed
- reselling, renting or making the Software available to third parties outside the Customer's business;
- copying, modifying, decompiling or trying to obtain the source code, except as permitted by law;
- circumventing protections, access limits or the licensing system;
- using the Software for unlawful activities or to enter unlawful content or third-party data without the right to do so;
- deliberately overloading the service or trying to access other companies' data.
4. Ownership
The Software, its code, graphics and trademarks remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The licence does not transfer any ownership right. The data entered by the Customer remains the Customer's.
5. Updates
The Provider may update the Software, add or change features to improve it or for security and legal reasons, without substantially reducing the main features purchased.
6. Warranty
The Software is provided with professional diligence but "as is": the Provider does not warrant that it is error-free or suitable for every particular need of the Customer. The limits of liability are those of article 8 of the Terms of sale.
7. End of the licence
The licence ends if the contract terminates or if the Customer seriously breaches this agreement. In that case access is closed and the terms of sale apply for the return and deletion of the data.
8. Governing law
Italian law; jurisdiction: Court of [CITTÀ DEL TRIBUNALE].
